Coaching plans are weekly personalized plans written specifically to help you meet your race goals. As a registered dietitian/nutrition nutrition is included in your plan.
What do you get when you hire me? You get coaching for 4 disciplines: swim, bike, run and nutrition!
After reviewing the athlete’s history and current fitness level, an annual training plan will be developed. I will assess your strengths and weaknesses to know how to train you properly for your upcoming goal races in the most efficient manner. The goal is to provide quality over quantity. Time is too valuable for junk workouts, I know how to make each workout count!
Each athlete will also receive an initial nutrition assessment within the first month and a follow up nutrition assessment as desired (requires logging of nutrition intake). Nutrition help will be given for race day nutrition with heavy emphasis on “gut training” prior to race. All nutrition input is a part of coaching costs. I do this because I feel so strongly that nutrition is such an important part of your race day success.
